Can anyone please suggest quick resolution ? if any,
As per practice I have created VM on hyper-v Host1 under fail-over cluster and added Two Virtual Fiber Adapters (i.e Set A WWPN Set B WWPN) due to being Dual Port HBA on Host1 & Host2 and then these ports were connected with Virtual Fiber Switch created
on both Hyper-V.
Live Migration is OK with these setting and Additional Virtual Drives are also moved from Host1 to Host2
But when we unplug on Physical Connection from any of Hyper-v Host, Live migration dot allow me to move as per my understanding Hyper-v actually does back and forth between A and B WWPN pairs, My quick question is, when we disable or unplug one port of HBA
on Host2 and try to move VM from Host1 to Host2, it does not work and returned back with the following error,
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Live migration of 'Virtual Machine Win_2012' failed.
