Clusterd VMs on a Clustered Host

I recently read the blog post about setting up clustered VMs within a clustered HyperV host (all Server 2012) and I have some questions in regards to a setup of this type:

1. Should the heartbeat network of the clustered VMs be mapped to the NICs of the host heartbeat?  If a private virtual network is used then if the VMs could not reside on different hosts or the heartbeat would fail.

2. Assuming from the first question that a private network is setup for the VM cluster heartbeat can the pair of VMs that are clustred be setup within cluster manager so that if one VM is migrated that the other will automatically follow.  I do have a SCVMM 2012 setup but I have not upgraded to SP1 yet.
