Server core features

Hi I have a hosted Hyper-V server core box with one NIC and I want to install DHCP and Routing and remote access which according to this link I can

 but when I do the Get-WindowesFeatures command they do not appear on the list, any one tell me what I am doing wrong?

I am hoping with Routing and remote access I can map multiple external IP addresses to different VM!
