I'm having an issue that happens because of Veeam backup, suddenly the backup fails and creates dozens of checkpoints for each machine.I have few machines that Veeam created a checkpoint for them and the checkpoint did not delete automatically after the backup finish (It can happen on 3rd party's backup software for my understanding).
I know how to fix it manually, need to go "Edit Disk..." and merge the newest checkpoint till the oldest one and then it's ok and the parent disk is the primary one.
The thing is, that I have 10 machines and on each machine I have 2-3 HDD's and for each HDD there are 30 checkpoints...not reasonable to go over one by one and merge it...
Basically, I'm searching for a PowerShell script that can do it automatically.
