Hyper 2016 (Technical Preview 2 ) - could not start Shielded VMs after enabling VTPM

Hi,

We are trying to evaluate sheild VM in our TAP Lab environment, by following the guide in

Below are the steps that we have completed

configuring Host guardian service (VM - technical preview TP2)
Configure the tenant hyper V Host
Create Shield VM - (GEN 2 Guest OS is technical preview TP2)
Followed the steps in section 7.2 till 6 step (which is to add-vtpm to gen 2 VM)

After enabling VTPM to gen 2 VM , We couldnt start the Virtual Machine and got the below error:

"ShieldVM' TPM (Instance ID 736E6AA9-A3F8-49C0-9550-A963214D259A): Failed to initialize with error 'Generic failure' (0x80041001). (Virtual machine ID 096B8CAE-4EB5-4D38-B88C-B362BDB56C7D)"

We are stuck at this point ..

Any suggestions in resolving this issue will be great..
