Hi
We have several sites which have a clustered Hyper V setup with 2 host's.
We have a procedure once every month where all vm's are updated and shut down and after they are shutdown all hyper-v hosts are updated and restarted.
I need the VM's on every host to start automatically once the hosts have restarted.
I thought this was possible by just using the automatic start feature in the Hyper V manager, but this wont work because the VM's are setup for high availability.
Is there a way to do this, that makes the VM's start automatically on the host they were "owned" by before the host restarted ?
If this is not possible through normal Hyper V manager, cluster manager or scvmm options, then if other solutions like scripts, please also let me know.
