Adapters not available for teaming

Have just installed Server 2012 rtm on a DL380 G5, the two onboard network cards where available for teaming at that point.

I decided to install another two dual port Intel Pro/1000 pt'salongside the existing HP NC373i's  to give a further four network ports.

Now when i try and create a team all six adapters are declared not available for teaming.

Any idea's anyone :)
