Virtual Networking with external IPs

Hi.

I have tried to search for this answer, but cannot find it.

I am trying to configure one host with tre VM running, all running MS 2008 R2.
I have on physical networkadapter connected.
Host is accessible through external IP.

What I am trying to accomplish:

VM1 - serving as AD, DNS.
IP: 192.168.0.2

VM2 -remote desktop services
IP: 192.168.0.3

VM3 -web server
IP: 192.168.0.4

I want to be able to access each of the VM:s on their own public IP (one for the web server, one for the terminal server).

Can I do something like a virtual port forward?
(I am not able to do a port forward on the firewall)

Should I have multiple network interfaces on the VM:s?
