How to determine NIC name - Virtual Network?

I've come across a problem where I can't determine which NIC is which in Hyper-V.  I've installed a couple HP NC382T PCIe Gigibit NIC's.  In Hyper-V virtual network settings I see the two NIC's but with the same name, as HP NC382T.

How do you guys distinguish the NIC's that have the same name?  I checked device manager, but didn't see any variance that would help.

I'm trying to track some bandwidth utilization, and I'm having trouble determining which NIC is which.

I came across this thread http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/winserverhyperv/thread/6582517d-23f3-427f-b555-8ead12d056d4, which was kind of helpful.  A good statement was made about labeling the NIC's prior to configuring the NIC's.  But the server has already been deployed, so wondering if there is any hope for me.
