Creating virtual machine on file server

Hi, this is my first time posting here.

So I am trying to set up a lab environment. I have two computers running the free Hyper-V named (Hyper-V and Hyper-V1). I am currently only trying to set one up. I have it up and running and on a domain. I am able to create virtual machines locally but when I try to create virtual machines on a different computer (Hyper-VStorage) that has the file server role installed I keep getting this error.

The Server Encountered an error while creating "NewVirtualMachine".

The Operation failed.

An unexpected error occurred: Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer. (0x80070569)

The operation failed.

The Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management service encountered an unexpected error: Logon failure: the user has not been granted the requested logon type at this computer. (0x80070569)

The server Hyper-VStorage is the eval copy of Server 2012. I have added the File Server Role, File and Storage Services Role, and File and iSCSI services role. Also on Active Directory I delegated on Hyper-V "Trust this computer for delegation to specified services only" and chose all services for Hyper-VStorage. I have also added Hyper-V to the file server Hyper-VStorage's share under permissions and share.

Hopefully I can get some help.

Thanks,
