windows 2012 vm template

Hi,

I need to prepare windows 2012 vm template. I am going to run command:

Sysprep /generalize /oobe /mode:vm

VM mode generalizes a VHD that you deploy as a VHD on the same virtual machine or hypervisor.  Will I be able to use prepared hardware on another hyper-v server?
