Host Server 2012 r2 automatically rebooting and showing the error message for hyper-v manager.

Please find the event id and help to share the resolution:

* Event Id: 16000
The Hyper-V Virtual Machine Management service encountered an unexpected error: Provider is not capable of the attempted operation (0x80041024).

* Event Id: 15268
Failed to get the disk information.

* Event Id: 12240
The description for Event ID 12240 from source Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-VMMS cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
