I have an unknow device in Device Manager in a Virtual Machine on server 2012. The virtual machine is running server 2008 R2 sp1 with Exchange. Now we do not have a network adapter and therefore no email. If I try to update the driver I am told that
an error occured while attemptiong to install and that the device is not configured correctly. (Code 1). Nothing I have tried gets me round this. Helpful suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks - Ken Merry
