I am about to buy a new computer and i'm intending to use it to virtualize a lot of servers/clients, to set up a test LAB. I have come to the choice of memory!
My motherboard supports memory speed up to 2400MHz but they are so Freaking expensive! 32GB of 2400MHZ memory costs just as much as 64GB of 1600MHz.
So is it worth it? Does it make a big difference when virtualizing? I know that you need fast memory when working with video rendering and you dont need it for example gaming, but how is it with virtualization? Anyone know?
