Hello all,
i'm planning a storage migration from an older SAN to a new model.
The SAN's involved in this are both HP, where the older one (and the one it's working right now) its a HP EVA4400, and the new one it's the HP EVA P6300.
I'm not in here to ask for help about the storage migration, of course, but i'm here to address another issue related with the Hyper-V cluster that seats on top of that SAN to provide VMs and their correspondent vhd.
What I really need to know it's what things should i consider when migrating the LUN supporting the Quorum disk and the VHDs.
Can it be simple done, by changing the presentation on the SAN, or must I be aware about other issues (like disk signing and so forth)?
I appreaciate any help you can give me about this, both from personal experience, or by pinpointing documentation I might be missing.
