Remote Hyper-V Hosts with Hyper-V Manager

Hello

I have server for Hyper-V host, Windows Server 2012 R2. It's server core, so other people said "it's hardly to use".

So I will use remote Hyper-V manager. But I can't add host, it's show error

In add user phase, I used domain\authenticated users. But it not success.

Host and client are in same domain.

And I need to allow all user/client to remote Hyper-V by don't do anything from other client without client Hyper-V connect to host. Is it possible?
