Hi,
AVMA activates Windows Server 2012 R2 guest VM perfectly even if it in not connected to a network. But my question is whether I can do the same for the VMs running Windows Server 2012 and below? Or do I need to connect these VMs in network and activate using KMS as usual. I am using a Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter Hyper V host.
I have read many blogs where Unlimited virtualization rights have been mentioned for Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter. Does it mean I do not have to bare the Windows license cost of any VMs running on Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter edition host?
Please clear my confusion.
