Virtual-Machine has stoped update at 6%

Hi guys 

My Virtual Machine has stopped at 6% When i make Updates ...I do it Restart ..It's the same Action .

I can't login in my Virtual , Please tell me how we can solve this a big problem because this virtual machine is my DC .
