Background, we have a Windows 2008 server (Client doesn't want to upgrade) running Hyper-V with a single application VM. There were some issues with an update over the weekend that caused the Hyper-V network services to fail in some rather interesting
ways.
We were able to cleanup all fo the errors using details found online except for the following error which seems to not exist according to Google and Bing.
The error appears when we try to start the virtual server or any newly created VM on the host usually after 30 seconds and the server stops immediately with the error.
Event logs show the same details as what is below with no additional help.
