Everytime I run w32tm on my hyper-v guest secondary domain controller (2012 standard) it sync's with my physical PDC (also 2012 standard) but only for a second or two and then it shifts 20 - 70 seconds ahead. I have a group policy configured for the
PDC to be the time source and another policy for my hyper-v hosts and guests to query the PDC. The secondary domain controller which is a hyper v guest also does have the following registry change (HKLM\SYSTEM\CCS\Services\W32Time\TimeProviders\VMICTimeProvider,
Enabled=0). What it causes synced time to not stick?
